This page covers who owns what across clientready.eu, what you can and can't do with our work product, our trademark position, and the third-party data sources we credit.

All content on clientready.eu — including the site design, copy, images, notice templates, audit deliverables, paperwork pack content, code, and the RTB notice PDF layout — is © 2026 NobleMC BV, all rights reserved. This includes bespoke visual elements such as the ClientReady mark, colour palette, typography choices, and the design of the notice PDF itself.

The RTB comparables data included in your notice is public statutory data from the Residential Tenancies Board Rent Register. The presentation, formatting and selection logic are ours; the underlying data belongs to its original publishers (see section 5).

2. The licence you get when you buy

When you purchase a service or pack from us, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the deliverable for your own compliance purposes — or, in the case of licensed letting agents, for your identified landlord client's compliance purposes on the specific tenancy the notice was ordered for.

That licence covers:

It does not cover redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or white-labelling. See section 4.

3. Trademarks

"ClientReady", the ClientReady mark and logo, and associated brand elements are claimed as common-law trademarks (™) of NobleMC BV in the Netherlands, Ireland and the European Union. Formal registration is pending. We use the ™ symbol accordingly; the ® symbol will appear only after formal registration completes.

You may reference "ClientReady" in truthful reviews, in the press, or in comparative discussion. You may not use the ClientReady name or mark to imply endorsement, affiliation or partnership without our written permission. Do not use the mark in a domain name, app name, or product name.

4. Prohibited uses

The following are not permitted under any circumstances:

5. Third-party attributions

ClientReady's notice service relies on public statutory data and licensed lookup services. The underlying rights sit with the following:

Residential Tenancies Board (RTB) — Rent Register data

The comparables cited in your notice come from the RTB Rent Register, a public register maintained by the Residential Tenancies Board (an Irish statutory body) under the Residential Tenancies Acts 2004–2024. The register is publicly accessible for lawful re-use in this context. RTB is not an endorser of ClientReady; we are an independent service.

Eircode & AutoAddress — address lookup

Eircode is the Republic of Ireland's national postcode system. Our Eircode lookup — used to populate the property address on the notice — is provided via a licensed integration with AutoAddress, the appointed Eircode Address Database licensee. Eircode data is © Capita Business Services Ltd (An Post's Eircode operator) and derived from Ordnance Survey Ireland (OSi) mapping data. Use of the lookup on our service is subject to AutoAddress's licence terms, which permit use for legitimate address verification — the exact use case here.

Note on the Eircode credit line above: the specific royalty and copyright attribution required for Eircode-derived output is set by AutoAddress at the point of licensing. If you republish the notice or the address block in another product, check the current AutoAddress licence terms — the attribution requirements can change.

Fonts

Fraunces (© The Fraunces Project Authors) and Inter (© The Inter Project Authors) are licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. Currently served from Google Fonts (see our Privacy Policy for the honest note on this).

Photography

Site photography is a mix of licensed stock (via Unsplash and licensed contributors) and originals commissioned by NobleMC BV. Where individual images require credit under their licence terms, credit is either on the page or available on request.
