What to email us about
- Done-for-you packs. You want a pack customised with your branding, niche-specific language, and deployed for you. From €300. Most common reason businesses email us — and our highest-value offer.
- Niche requests. You're in a niche we don't cover yet (yoga teacher? celebrant? pet sitter? IT consultant?) and you'd actually buy a pack if it existed. Tell us — we build to demand.
- Buyer questions. You bought a pack and something's unclear, missing, or worth improving. We genuinely want to hear it.
- Found a typo? Tell us. We'll fix it and you can re-download. (Etsy lets you re-download any time.)
- Press, podcasts, partnerships. EU-GDPR-shaped service business angle. We're around.
Done-for-you (DFY)
You want what's in the pack, but customised: your business name on every document, your niche's specific risks built in, the colour scheme matching your brand, and the whole thing delivered and explained so you don't have to figure it out.
Pricing:
- €300 — Branded. We take a pack you choose, replace [placeholders] with your business name, apply your colours and logo, deliver finished docx + PDF. 5 business days.
- €500 — Niche-Customised. As above + niche-specific edits (we research your specific compliance situation and adjust 2–3 documents in detail).
- €750 — Compliance Sweep. As above + a 1-hour video call to walk through your specific processing setup and recommend which clauses you need to delete, sharpen, or add.
